This requires you to enter your temple within you and to be with yourself in the silence.
Why would I want to enter this silence?
Why wouldn’t you? – when you can find peace and bliss within yourself in an age that is quite frankly insane, yes mad. There is very little truth to be found outside of yourself, it all resides within you.
Information overload
We as people are bombarded with information 24×7. We have very little escape of rest from it. I don’t need to explain why it’s just a fact of modern day living for most of us. We can become overwhelmed with all of this barrage on our senses. We need to detox from it otherwise we can get lost in the noise and forget who we are? This can be confusing and stressful. If you are feeling like this then I hope I can point you in a direction that can help you to make sense of your world and bring some happiness back home to yourselves.
How do I start ?
First off you will need to want change. Change in your life and change in your world. This has to be the sort of change that brings peace love and joy to all around you through your own presence, state of grace and respect for all life. If you don’t want those things then all I can say is don’t bother. If you truely want to start walking your sacred path then keep reading.
Creating sacred space.
You need to prepare a space dedicated to your new path and regular visits to the temple of eartha. It can be more than one space inside your home or outside in your garden where you will not be disturbed. You then need to surround this space with beautiful objects or the things that are natural like crystals, stones, plants and more. There are no rules just make it your personal space. A suggestion is to create a circle that you can sit within.

The circle is a very powerful universal symbol that you can use to protect yourself with as you open to your still and centered self within it. So prepare yourself for a time of peaceful relaxation for a while. Try to limit any noise if possible or anything that might disturb your time within the silence. Enter your sacred space with humility and respect because you are going to open to higher frequencies and you are going to ask for protection from negative things. Be comfortable and sit in the centre of your sacred space. You can have some relaxing music and incense to aid you. Intend by thinking about what you want to find on the inner journey you are about to take. Open your mind to accepting your feelings and thoughts. If you need a guided meditation then there are many you can find on the web or you may like to just be still within yourself.
